The Wu Zaiquan Entrepreneurship and Employment Center of the City University of Macau recently held a "College Student Entrepreneurship and Employment Study Camp - Greater Bay Area Urban Inspection Program". The first destination was the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, which is separated by a river. City University organized 30 students from various majors to visit the Shenzhen Cooperation Zone Exhibition Hall, Entrepreneurship Valley, and enterprises for study and inspection.

After entering from Hengqin Port, the inspection team first went to the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone Exhibition Hall to gain a preliminary understanding of the development history and urban planning of the zone. Then walk into the reception room of Hengqin Macau Youth Entrepreneurship Valley to learn about the resource facilities of the entrepreneurship park and the measures to support youth entrepreneurship. Afterwards, I came to the Entrepreneurship Valley Human Resources Service Industrial Park and participated in a policy briefing specially organized by Zhuhai Dahongqin Development Co., Ltd. for CityU students. Ruan Yinyan, the talent service manager of Dahongqin, and Xu Yuqing, the investment manager, explained the talent and entrepreneurship assistance policies of Shenhe District. He Caiying, the brand specialist of Zhixun (Zhuhai) Brand Management Co., Ltd., introduced enterprise development and shared entrepreneurial experience with the students. The students also actively asked questions at the meeting.

The inspection team chose Common Caf é, an American restaurant located in the Entrepreneurship Valley and managed by CityU alumni, for lunch. The restaurant specializes in American style light meals and coffee, with a strong nostalgic atmosphere and a rich artistic atmosphere. In the afternoon, the inspection team departed for the Guangdong Macao Cooperation Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industrial Park located on the west side of Hengqin Island, visited the exhibition hall of the industrial park, and learned about the large-scale technology industry projects jointly developed by Guangdong and Macao.

Subsequently, the members arrived at the Hengqin Innovation Fang Wu Dao Yuan AI Experience Hall, where martial arts coach and business partner Dr. Tian Chunyang shared with the students the innovative concept of combining Chinese martial arts with artificial intelligence. Finally, the trip arrived at one of the research and practical education bases in Shenhe District, the Lionsgate Entertainment Center Movie Theme Park. After the staff explained the basic equipment of the park, the students personally experienced the latest VR, AR, and 3D amusement equipment, combining education with entertainment and returning with joy.

I am honored and fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in this visit to the Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone today. In this event, we gained a deep understanding of the basic situation of Shenhe District in terms of policy support, entrepreneurial environment, business environment, cultural atmosphere, and characteristic industries, and experienced the speed and quality of development of Hengqin on site. As a mainland student studying in Macau, I can observe the coordinated development and win-win cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and the four regions under the "One Country, Two Systems" policy from a unique perspective, experience the new system and new business models, and deeply touch upon the excellent achievements. This experience is extremely precious to me. During this visit, what impressed me the most were the young forces involved in and driving the development of the Shenzhen Cooperation Zone. The youthful vitality and stunning creativity demonstrated by them deeply touched me, and also provided me with new guidance and learning goals for my future development. I hope that today's theory can become the foundation of my practice and the driving force for my future development, as the saying goes, 'There are many who cultivate, but few who hold.'. At the same time, it also leads me to make my best contribution to society in the future and contribute to the construction of the country.

I am very happy to take this opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Hengqin. The exhibition hall, entrepreneurship valley, and industrial park vividly demonstrate the present, past, and future development of the Guangdong Australia Shenzhen Cooperation Zone. During the visit, not only did I appreciate Hengqin's diversified and coordinated development layout, but I also understood Hengqin's unique entrepreneurship and employment policies. Being in an ivory tower, even if you haven't started a business or employment yet, you won't be completely blank about such information. The last entertainment activity experience left the deepest impression on me and was very interesting. Everyone was very relaxed and exchanged experiences during the experience. I hope to have the opportunity to participate in such activities in the future!

I am very honored to participate in the City University of Macau Entrepreneurship and Employment Study Camp organized by the Wu Zaiquan Entrepreneurship and Employment Center. This event has given me a multi-dimensional and in-depth understanding of the industrial development of Hengqin. Starting from the overall planning of the Shenzhen Cooperation Zone and the "dual chief" system of Guangdong Macao cooperation, I realized the policy and institutional advantages of Hengqin New Area. During the inspection of Entrepreneurship Valley, I learned about the relevant policies of Shenhe District on talent introduction and enterprise settlement. This is undoubtedly good news for young entrepreneurs. Thank you very much to the university for providing us with as much time as possible for Q&A interactions with representatives of relevant enterprises. As a result, I have gained a more detailed understanding of the support policies related to the traditional Chinese medicine industry. In addition, through visiting the Traditional Chinese Medicine Industrial Park and innovative solutions, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of the industrial development in western Hengqin and the layout of the Hengqin memory block industry.

Overall, by participating in this study camp, we not only improved our comprehensive understanding of Hengqin Shenhe District, but also provided a platform for entrepreneurs and students at CityU to brainstorm with teachers and business representatives, promote diverse exchanges, and explore business opportunities together.

During the event, I visited many enterprises and institutions, and also made like-minded friends. In today's society, we are encouraged to innovate and start businesses, but as college students, entrepreneurship still has many limitations for us. This event went deep into the Hengqin Guangdong Australia Shenzhen Cooperation Zone to learn about many policies and measures for young people to start businesses, and personally experienced the country's emphasis on innovative talents.
