On November 1, "Youth Unlimited · A Bright Future for the Young" Zhuhai Wanda Commercial Management Group Campus Recruitment Fair – Macao Edition was successfully held at the City University of Macau. This event was co-organized by the Wu Zaiquan Entrepreneurship and Employment Center at City University of Macau, with Zhuhai Wanda Commercial Management Group and Zhuhai ZhiDa Network Technology Co., Ltd. as the main organizers, and was supported by the Chinese Youth Progressive Association, the Minlian Think Tank, and the Macao Fujian Youth Association. It aimed to open up career development opportunities in the Greater Bay Area for Macao youth. The event demonstrated the active role of the Wu Zaiquan Entrepreneurship and Employment Center at City University of Macau in supporting youth career development.
Meeting Between University and Business Leaders to Discuss Cooperation Opportunities
In the morning, Vice President Chan Chon Pat, Director of the Student Affairs Office Zou Chenchong, Alumni Association Manager Zhou Qianyan, and Supervisor of the UngChoiKun Entrepreneurship and Employment Center Tang Rongyao from City University of Macau, met with senior representatives from Zhuhai Wanda Commercial Management Group and Zhuhai ZhiDa Network Technology Co., Ltd. The business representatives included Mr. Sang Xiangfei, General Manager of the Human Resources Recruitment Department at Wanda Commercial Management Group and Vice General Manager of Zhuhai ZhiDa Network Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Yin Nan, Business Director of the Human Resources Recruitment Department and Vice General Manager of Zhuhai ZhiDa Network Technology Co., Ltd., and Ms. Yang Yan, Government Relations Director of Zhuhai ZhiDa Network Technology Co., Ltd.
During the talks, both parties reached multiple cooperation agreements, covering employment support, internship opportunities, and entrepreneurial resources. It is reported that Wanda Group plans to establish an "Employment Station" at the Wu Zaiquan Entrepreneurship and Employment Center at City University of Macau, allowing students to access recruitment information and career guidance in a timely manner. Additionally, Wanda Group plans to host an entrepreneurial market in designated spaces at its shopping malls, offering favorable conditions to support youth entrepreneurship. In the future, both parties plan to jointly organize campus recruitment fairs, enabling students to engage directly with companies and facilitating the "campus-to-career" job-seeking experience. This cooperation expands the growth space for CityU students and marks a significant step in helping young people in the Greater Bay Area develop through university-business collaboration.
Corporate Presentations and Recruitment Session Attracting Youth Participation
In the afternoon, Mr. Sang Xiangfei, General Manager of the Human Resources Recruitment Department at Wanda Commercial Management Group, and Mr. Yin Nan, Business Director of the Human Resources Recruitment Department, held a presentation at the Ho Sin Hang Conference Center, introducing Wanda Group’s corporate culture, core values, and future development directions. They also provided detailed explanations of Wanda Group’s recruitment process and talent cultivation plans, encouraging youth to actively integrate into the Greater Bay Area development and seize career growth opportunities.
This presentation was open to students from all universities in Macao, and the atmosphere was lively, with students enthusiastically asking questions and engaging in deep discussions with company representatives.
After the presentation, Wanda Group moved to the student area to hold a recruitment fair, where on-site interviews were conducted. This marked Wanda Group’s first recruitment fair in Macao and was a new attempt at campus employment activities at City University of Macau, offering students the opportunity to engage directly with companies and attracting many students to participate.
